This is why we have a thorough vetting process including a comprehensive referencing and ID check.  
 
We offer three different tiers or levels of service for letting & management.
 
You will need to refer to our brochure for full terms but to try and assist you,  the differences between the three levels are as follows
 
1: Letting only service: With this option we will locate, negotiate and agree a tenant with you and then take up references including a credit score. Once the tenant has moved in, the responsibility for the collection of rent, general maintenance and any issues arising will fall to you to sort out
 
2:  Rent collection: Like an extension of the above we will monitor and collect the rent but inspections and maintenance issues will come to you directly or your appointed representative.
 
3: Full management this is a further extension of the above and here we will collect and monitor the rent, deal with any issues arising and inspect the property.
 
It is important to note that new legislation means that in our opinion a professional  Inventory is a must in all cases to protect both landlord and tenant.
