" I have recently bought a flat that was marketed by James Alexander. Firstly i viewed the flat with James who was really helpful and was able to answer all my questions as well as liaising with the vendor with further questions that i had. He was then very good at keeping me informed of other offers /the stage of my offer etc and i always felt in the loop. Once my offer was accepted, Caroline became the main point of contact and was brilliant at chasing the solicitors on both sides as well as providing a very quick response to any queries i had. I also had later viewings of the property with Kit who again was very professional and helpful. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough and especially Caroline for all her help, professionalism and cheeriness throughout the whole process! It was my first experience at buying a flat and i would certainly use James Alexander if i ever came to selling my flat. 10/10!
