We can manage a project from start to finish and have access to approved London-based contractors, who work under our direction. Once works are complete, we can then dress the property, sourcing beds, sofas and other furniture in readiness for marketing.
For landlords, properties in excellent condition will always attract a superior tenant and a higher rental return. Most rental properties need some kind of improvement works every four to five years. If you are a James Alexander Property Management client, we will alert you to refurbishment work as part of our twice yearly inspections.
