We used James Alexander for our Dads house as we were selling re probate so very upsetting. Ken and Caroline could not have been kinder. The sale became a nightmare because of the buyer and Caroline kept on top of it the whole way through. She has the patience of a saint! I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I think the easiest way to explain how helpful they were with what is always a very stressful time ie moving house, but especially when dealing with a probate sale is by saying the following: Our house was not the only one they were selling but they made you feel like it was!
